• The negroes have threatened to boycott the World’s Fair if the Federal Election bill is not passed. They also urge the appointment of some colored man as a member of the Cabinet.
• A crowd of disappointed negroes, who had been engaged to go to Chicago to work for the World’s Fair, were very belligerent recently because there was no one at the Bal. & Ohio station in Washington to secure them tickets for their trip.
• Negroes now demand that a colored manager be appointed for the World’s Fair.
