The object of the suit is to relocate the remains of William T. Pugh, Paulina Hope Pugh. William (Willie) Pugh, Lizzie A. Pugh, Mattie W. Marshall, William T. Marshall, J. Spragins Marshall, and Virginia L. Marshall, and others unknown found buried in two private cemeteries located on two different parcels of real property in the Madison Magisterial District of Charlotte County
