Peabody Normal Institute
The object of this Institute is for the instruction of colored teachers in the elementary principles and methods in the public Primary and Grammar Schools, and the illustration of the best methods of organization, instruction and discipline.
This Institute will, for the first time, be conducted by colored teachers.
