Raymond Mears [Meares] of Hampton South Carolina was murdered by William Blake Sr., Jason Blake, Prince Graves and William Frazer who were tried and found guilty. The last three were sentenced to be hanged. William Blake Sr. was sentenced to life in prison. He was quickly taken by a mob and lynched.
