BLACK BEAR TAKEN DURING BLACK POWDER SEASON

Ryan Powell of Keysvillle shot a 160 lb. Black bear during muzzle-loading season.  The bear, a female, was taken with a 50 cal black powder rifle near Hank’s Store in Lunenburg County.  Also, the animal was checked in at Hanks’ Store on Hwy. 40.
